Welcome to Sarah's Got Style!

I'm a 30-something living in a little apartment in Tulsa, OK with my cats, Betty and Bernadette.  I graduated in 2010 from Oklahoma State University with my degree in Design, Housing, & Merchandising.  I currently work as a visual merchandiser.

I started Sarah's Got Style in 2016 as a way to share my love of cute clothes, baking, and makeup.  I hope you enjoy!  If you have any questions for me or ideas just send me a message!

Fall Wreath DIY

Fall Wreath DIY

I am just a little excited that fall is upon us!  Today I decided to make a fall wreath for my front door, and I love how it turned out!  I hope you enjoy this super simple DIY!  I love the minimal look of this wreath!  What is so nice about making your own fall wreath is that you can make it anyway you like it!  Have fun, and make it your own!

To make this fall wreath you will need:

1. Grapevine Wreath

2. Burlap Ribbon in the colors of your choice

3. Fall Bush/Pick of your liking.  Hobby Lobby and Michaels have huge selections in their floral departments!  You can make this wreath however you like.. (pumpkins, flowers, leaves, etc).

Step 1. Simply place your wreath embellishments where you want them.  I chose to place them on just one side of my wreath, leaving most of the wreath the natural grapevine.

Step 2.  Cut off about 6 inches of burlap ribbon and tie it in a knot around one of the branches.  Repeat this step with a second piece of burlap, tying it in a knot around another branch.  You may need to trim the burlap more if it is longer than you want.

And that's it!  Seriously, the easiest fall wreath DIY!

Happy Fall, Everyone!!
